Hi Paul,

Surely you remember the two famous gents urinals in Whaley?

The wonderful Victorian cast iron corkscrew in the Park and the very smelly urinal at the Horwich End side of bridge 42.

Both now sadly gone and Whaley much poorer because of their removal.

Yes R.S-S, I went past this one & the bridge 42 one every day, to & from Whaley School, used them frequently !!
