Comment 1 Left by Charlie Hulme on the 22nd November 2017 Ah.. the memories (fail me). That's me 2nd from left front row. 1955/56 was it? Note the twin girls Linda and Pamela (?) symmetrically placed next to each end. Identically dressed as usual. Barry Savage, back row 4th, Back row 5th maybe Philip Green whose mother ran the shop at the end of George St. Paul Howarth, Front row right-hand end? Comment 2 Left by R. S-S on the 24th November 2017 Hello Charlie,
Comment 3 Left by G. Jackson on the 25th November 2017 The Oliver twins are Pamela and Linda.
John Smith, centre front row looks a bit of a bruiser. Russel Sherwood front row next to right end. Surely someone is watching from this class who could name them all.
Miss Nelson looks fab. Comment 4 Left by Marjorie Mourne on the 25th November 2017 The twins surname is Oliver

Comment 6 Left by Pamela Howe on the 24th July 2020 I'm fifth in from right third row back Anne Mellor is third in from right same row I loved it at Whaley school we lived in the police house on Elnor Ave until Dad was moved to Chesterfield
Philip Green's father, George, died a few years ago. For many years Philip has lived at his uncle Fred's farm on Meadow Lane, Dove Holes.
I can't just remember Linda and Pamela's surname just at the moment but I think they lived up Macc Road on the end of the stone row of cottages that looks down Macc Road and is just past the Park Road turning.
I'll come back to you when I can get my brain in gear.
