We always welcome contributions; photographs, features or news about Furness Vale and farther afield. Please send any material to the above email address by 24th June for inclusion in the July edition.

Contributions are always welcome in the form of news, articles, photos and documents. As regular readers will know, we do not limit our content to Furness Vale. We have published our latest Newsletter a few days early in order that our readers will be able to read the notices about coming events: The Bugsworth Steam Weekend, The New Mills arts exhibitions and Lantern Parade and our meeting next Tuesday 1st October.

Although Furness Vale History Society has suspended its programme of meetings, we are still a very active organisation and frequently update our Website and Facebook page with news and features.

Download our latest Newsetter which as usual is full of articles and pictures of local historical interest. It is available in either pdf or doc format.
